The 2nd Annual Westerleigh Folk Music and Art Festival is looking for artists to display their work at Westerleigh Park on Saturday, June 20th ,2009.
The Festival is an all day affair from 12:00 noon till 7:30pm. It features local bands preforming music which ranges from Folk ,Blues, Folk-Rock,Gospel and Americana . We also host local craftspeople from guitar makers ,guitar repair, quilters and jewelery makers. Last years event drew about 600 people. The 2008 Festival did have a small group of artist display their work but the 2009 Festival hopes to greatly increase that number.
Westerleigh Park is a beautiful tree shaded park located at Neal Dow, Springfield,Maine and Willard Aves.Interested parties can contact Jim Indelicato at rnsx2jm@msn.com
