COAHSI just announced the 2009 Excellence in the Arts Awards. We will be offering 6 music grants and 2 grants in Public Art, Performance Art, and Film (this includes dance). The grants are $1,000 to do an event or have work as part of our Summerfest in June 2009. The application is super easy, but I will be holding workshops on January 5th at 6pm at the Alice Austen House, and January 10th at 11:00am at the Blue Heron Nature Center. I urge you all to apply individually, as well as SICoLab applying as a group (the panel LOVES collaborations on this). Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
